I’m Maureen Metzger

I am a doctorally-prepared nurse, healthcare leadership coach, educator, speaker, and inclusive team-building expert whose work is informed by decades of experience as a healthcare provider, educator, researcher, and leader.

As an iPEC-trained Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, a COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ specialist, and an authorized Continuing Nursing Education provider, I partner with healthcare leaders, educators, and teams through 1:1 coaching, small group and team coaching, workshops, webinars, and educational programs designed to strengthen communication, cultivate belongingness, navigate complexity, and lead more sustainably.
